• I was born in 1981
• I grew up in country Victoria
• I finished high school in 1999
• I spent some time at uni… and am still finishing my degree by correspondence
• I met my wife in 2005
• We were married in 2007
• My first child, the Little Lad, was born in September 2008
• My second child, the Wee Lad, is due to be born in March 2010
• I also write a blog about fatherhood at http://beingadaddy.com.au
• My first novel will be published before 2015 (I need to write it first, then see if anyone wants to print it – we’re talking pipe dream stuff here, not a contractual obligation… yet)
• I will buy a cottage, to serve as my writing retreat, before 2025, and I will escape there for at least a month each year, and write stuff.
